CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Appointments require a valid card on file at the time of booking. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation fee. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
